I’m Paul Anninos, and I bring more than four decades of experience helping firms grow with purpose.

I’ve spent my career on all sides of the public sector — first serving in local, state, and federal agencies, and later helping private firms grow their impact in those same spaces.

With a foundation in science and policy, I spent 15 years in public service protecting marine ecosystems across local, state, and federal government agencies. That work shaped how I lead today: with integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to outcomes that matter.

Since transitioning to the private sector, I’ve led business units, built BD teams, supported IPOs, and launched service lines in tech, climate, energy, and beyond.
